The hotel's location provided easy access to public transport. The tram stop NEARBY allowed QUICK trips to the city center. I appreciated being able to reach various attractions easily. Parking in the garage under the hotel WAS VERY convenient. I came by car, so HAVING SECURE parking on site was a huge plus.
The air conditioning did not seem EFFECTIVE , , made the room UNCOMFORTABLY warm. The temperature SETTINGS did not seem to affect the room's temperature. I found that the pillows were not very comfortable , the stuffing felt gathered and uneven. I found it HARD to get a restful night's sleep because of this. The tourist tax of €60 SEEMED quite high for a three-night stay. I was not fully aware of this charge before arrival.

The staff were professional. They were also friendly. The room was clean. Its location is near a station. The staff allowed an earlier check-in. The hotel has a locker area to leave luggage after check-out.
The sheets were not changed . They were just arranged with the same stains as before. A black woman at reception spoke with a rude tone. Her manners seemed bad. There were only three kind people in the hotel.. I feel sorry for the management of this hotel.

our room was quite clean and it came equipped with towels and shower cosmetics i also found a hairdryer that i needed. the breakfast was good with many delicious dishes and fresh choices. i appreciated the convenient cafe near the reception for a quick coffee before exploring. i loved the bar that played music.
the hotel is a bit from downtown but using the tram makes travel simple

the staff was always ready to help . the location proved advantageous because a tram stop nearby offered quick access to various city attractions. i appreciated the thoughtful room amenities, including a coffee machine with daily capsule refills. the bed had a good mattress, which contributed to restful sleep.
i found that the restaurant could sometimes be understaffed , leading to slower service during peak hours.

The location is convenient, with tram lines just outside. It made getting around easy, stores nearby are very useful. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, i appreciate that! i was upgraded to a higher floor with a great city view. The room was bright and spacious.

the staff helped me a lot with questions at the front desk. on april 14, i had an 8 am shuttle to the airport. the front desk representative was very helpful in getting me on an earlier bus. they also gave me a parting gift, really kind!!!
The pillows were very uncomfortable. The stuffing was really bunched up. also, the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room properly when i adjusted the temperature.
